Given the fact that annual and public examinations are usually scheduled closer to the beginning and towards the middle of the third term, it seems obvious, that the second term is the only remaining full term when all syllabus and school work should be completed, Mr Bole said.
He said the third term is often left for revision and remedial work hence the second term should be a term of serious concentration and commitment.
Mr Bole said the Ministry would ensure that all appropriate measures are taken to ensure that classes begin immediately without any hiccups.
